Trent and his coworker did an outstanding job—working through their lunch and postponing it until the job was completed about 3:00 PM! They drove 35 miles round trip to get unanticipated parts that the repair job required—after driving 75 miles one-way to get to my home! They were efficient, personable, professional, and very qualified! They treated my home with respect and were very well-mannered! If I owned a company, I would want to hire them both! I am confident that the work they did was done correctly. Dakota was professional, scheduling, Giving updates on arrival time and verifying our warranty information. Matthew arrived and diagnosed the issue with explanation and 2 cost options. He was terrific! Gibson did not install the unit as we bought from a contractor that used a different company. That company could not have come to repair the unit for 2 weeks in 104 degree weather. Gibson had Matthew out in 1 1/2 days. We used Gibson in our previous home for 27 years. After his service call and thorough cleaning and parts replacement (contractor), the system ran beautifully and more importantly at much lower amperage. Still have some power spikes during the night, but they are farther apart after the cleaning.
